How to Add Email Signature to Gmail

  1. Open Gmail Settings: Sign in to your Gmail account and click the Settings gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner. Select "See all settings".

  2. Navigate to General Tab: Make sure you're on the "General" tab. Scroll to the "Signature" section.

  3. Create New Signature: Click "Create new", name your signature, and click "Create".

    For new emails:
    On reply/forward:

    Select your signature for both new emails and replies

  5. Save Changes: Scroll down and click "Save Changes".
